By accessing or using the Talexa platform at talexa.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Talexa Inc. ("Talexa," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Talexa is a SaaS platform that enables users to transform pre-recorded video presentations into automated, simulated live webinars. The Service includes AI-powered transcription, chat simulation, scheduling, WhatsApp and email reminders, landing pages, lead capture, and analytics.
Talexa offers the following subscription plans. All prices are in USD and billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.
Starter
Perfect for creators launching their first automated webinar funnel.
Growth
Everything in Starter, plus advanced automation and integrations.
Enterprise
Built for businesses running multiple webinar funnels at scale.
Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly cycle. Payment is processed via our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to daniel@talexa.io. Once requested, no future charges will occur.
Per standard SaaS policy, previous payments are non-refundable. Your account remains fully active with complete access until the end of your current billing cycle.
We do not offer partial-month refunds or pro-rated credits for unused time.
You agree not to use the Service to:
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the software, design, text, and graphics — are owned by Talexa and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload (videos, presentations). By uploading content, you grant Talexa a limited license to process and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta), Bunny CDN, OpenAI, Resend, and Airwallex. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service. Talexa is not responsible for any disruptions or changes to these third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Talexa does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if Talexa has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Talexa in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Talexa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Talexa operates.
